SCOTT M. HOWE JR.
SCOTT M. HOWE JR.Principle Broker, Partner

Scott is a Partner and Principal Broker at HOWE Real Estate CRE, licensed and active in commercial real estate since 2013, and co-founder of HOWE Real Estate CRE in 2017. With a focus on small business and private investment in downtown Louisville, Scott has been able to put together creative strategies to help clients achieve their goals in real estate. His experience and expertise is in negotiating purchase and lease agreements for any property and square footage that will help his clients earn a return on their investments. Scott’s day to day activities in real estate will continue to grow HOWE’s transactional volume while building success for clients.

STEWART HOWEPartner

Stewart is a Partner with HOWE Real Estate, he has worked in real estate since 2008 with experience serving as the Vice President of Real Estate and Public Affairs with Clear Channel Outdoor for their North Florida market. While at CCO, Stewart secured the market’s billboard lease portfolio, minimizing site lease expenses and developing new business opportunities; including the permitting and construction of organic digital assets in Jacksonville, FL. Stewart also coordinated and worked closely with a team of lobbying, public relations and legal firms to facilitate the deployment of digital technologies increasing annualized cash flow for CCO. Co-founding HOWE Real Estate in 2017, Stewart has since focused his efforts on helping clients build wealth in property assets and portfolios through brokerage and management services.

As a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan University ’07 in Virginia Beach, along with career stops in Chicago, New York City and Florida, Stewart is happy to be back home where he says “The grass is actually greener here!”

SCOTT GILMOREPartner

Scott is a Partner with HOWE Real Estate and has worked in commercial real estate since 2009, with experience specializing in brokerage, development, and investments. Previously, Scott served as Vice President at CBRE, Inc., covering multiple markets throughout Kentucky and Southern Indiana, assisting with a range of projects specializing in the Retail product type. Scott works across all facets of the company including development, leasing/sales, acquisition, and asset management. In his career, Scott has Leased and Sold over 1.5 million square feet of commercial retail space, and over 150 acres of land.

Scott was awarded the 2018 KCREA CCIM Retail Broker of the Year, as well as, 2017 CoStar Power Broker Award.

Scott holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Kentucky ’07, specializing in Corporate Communications. Scott lives in Louisville’s Saint Matthews neighborhood with his newly married wife, Christine.

ANTHONY RASPBERRY
ANTHONY RASPBERRYPresident of Residential Real Estate

Anthony has been enjoying success in his real estate career since it began in 2008. He unabashedly practices the art of Intellectual Honesty in his life and has found this simple principal, when applied to work, has helped retain clients, receive referrals, and create lasting relationships.

He volunteers by playing music for underprivileged JCPS students at schools. He has also given inspirational speeches to JCPS students and Men of Honor children, and played at the Muhammad Ali Center memorial service and for the Women’s March.

Anthony was born in Prospect and now resides in the Highlands with his wife, Brigitte, and daughter, Elizabeth. Anthony earned an undergraduate degree in English and an MBA, both from Bellarmine University.

Barrett Goff
Barrett GoffVice President of Sales

Barrett has joined HOWE Real Estate as the new Vice President of Sales. As a native Louisvillian, he has been involved with real estate lending, acquisitions, renovations and property management since 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Kentucky ’10, with an emphasis on economics. His background has provided him with a sound basis for understanding market trends and projecting future movement. Knowledge and hands on experience make Barrett an integral part of bringing HOWE Real Estate to the pinnacle of our industry.

In addition to real estate, Barrett is also an FAA licensed drone pilot. This skill set provides our company and clients with a wide array of advantages and optimizes our foot print in all areas of real estate.

Travis Schrimsher
Travis SchrimsherDirector of Property Management Commercial Sales

Travis joins Howe Real Estate as a Director of Property Management and expanding his career into commercial sales. Travis began his real estate career as a property manager for a large firm in Louisville, managing a combination of over 300+ single family, multi-family and commercial units. Travis is originally from Tennessee, having moved here after his husband, Josh, created a successful interior design firm.

Sam Stamper
Sam StamperDirector of Property Management

As the Director of Property Management at HOWE Real Estate, Sam oversees all aspects of HOWE Asset Management and has been licensed and active in real estate since 2017. His focus is on Residential Properties and Communities, mainly working with multifamily assets, in which he has been able to help owners make the most of their investments through acquisition, repositioning and exit strategies. Maintaining and reaching stabilization as well as finding that diamond in the rough has been key to his success in this business. Sam’s day to day activities will continue to grow the HOWE Asset Management division while helping clients to grow their own investment portfolio through the addition and growth of new assets.

Tiffiny Robinson
Tiffiny RobinsonDirector of STR Operations, Commercial Sales

Tiffiny signed on with Howe Real Estate in 2020 as the Director of STR Operations where the focus will be managing Short Term Rentals for clients and helping them grow their business. Having owned and operated STR’s since 2017, her expertise and experience with Airbnb and other STR type uses will be invaluable. She is also capable of helping her clients navigate the Commercial Real Estate market through representation in negotiation and transactions. She began her career in real estate when she purchased her first rental property in 2017. In less than three years she built her portfolio to nearly 30 properties and is successfully managing STR units for clients. In perfecting her process for short term rental management, rest assured that your asset will be in good hands. Tiffiny specializes in the day to day operations of those units but has ample knowledge of lease agreements, long term rentals, flips and other methods of helping to convert your property to income producing. Tiffiny and her husband, Fredie, have worked together to build an empire of passive income through real estate so they can pursue their dream of getting back into the boating world sooner than later, but in the meantime, she is available to take care of your STR and CRE needs.

Alex Grisanti
Alex GrisantiGeneral Contractor, Project Manager

Alex joins Howe Real Estate as General Contractor for new development, tenant fit up, and other construction needs. As a licensed real estate associate, he is also capable of helping clients close deals on property. Since 2015, Alex has managed over 100,000 sq ft of property and $10M in new home and commercial construction as a member of two prominent local firms. In 2019 Alex acquired his sales associate license and launched Honeycomb Construction, LLC in order to bring construction and development services in house for Howe Real Estate clients in both residential and commercial endeavors. Since obtaining his Bachelors in Finance from the University of Denver in 2010 Alex has served in various facets of the real estate industry before finding his home working with clients to help turn their visions into reality.

Alex lives in the Highlands with his wife Claudia and can usually be found checking out the local events and restaurant openings or escaping for weekend to Red River Gorge with their dogs. A true believer in the potential of his hometown, Alex is seeking to constantly push new development and economic growth for the city he loves.

Lisa Corpus
Lisa CorpusAssociate

Lisa is an associate with HOWE Real Estate, based in Cincinnati/NKY, and having worked in real estate since 1999, she brings a wealth of diverse real estate experience and an innate passion for the business. Throughout her professional career Lisa held numerous key real estate positions with Fortune 500 companies. Her experience encompasses lease negotiations, commercial property management, asset capital planning, residential/multi-family sales and site selection. As the former Director of Real Estate for a large healthcare corporation, Lisa managed all real estate functions and a robust portfolio of 250+ leased and owned properties that included medical office buildings, retail and large customer support centers.

Lisa is a native Louisvillian that has negotiated real estate transactions across the United States. One of her most noted accomplishments was creating an annualized lease savings of $4.2 million by re-negotiating existing leases, early lease terminations and subleasing excess property. Lisa’s creative “out of the box” thinking and patient persistence has proven to be a driving combination for successful real estate transactions.
